If we want more women in tech, we have to do more than want. As a team, we knew we needed to share real industry stories, from the voices of those with first-hand experience. So we’ve hosted events, collaborated with amazing female leaders and featured spotlight interviews on our blog. Plus we dedicate a month of content in March to celebrating the women of tech and digital design.
All exposure to the challenges women face in the workplace is critical, not just for our own education as a business, but also to shine a light on gender equality and inclusion in tech. These stories are not told by a company or PR, or any other biased perspective. These are the real women of tech shaking up the industry. It is our pleasure to give them a strong platform and show our support.
